The Sirians are a race of advanced extraterrestrials, that do science experiments with lower life forms, by colonising planets.

Along with the Canopean Empire, the Sirian Empire becomes involved in the colonisation of Rohanda. While Canopus takes the northern half of the planet, Sirius is given the southern half. Bio-sociological, genetics and science experiments are set in motion by the Sirians. While the natives of the northern continents are evolving and thriving along the course of nature, the natives of the southern continents are gaining no ground.
Earth Healing
After an unforeseen ‘polar shift’ the life balance of the planet is threatened by the mind control techniques of Shammat. Shammat is a malicious colony of the Puttiora Empire, public enemy to both Canopus and Sirius. Ambien II, a representative of Sirius involved in the science experiment, decides to join Klorathy to learn more about how to assist the natives of the planet and to create changes that heal.

While learning from Klorathy, Ambien II finds herself getting immensely frustrated with him. Every time she asks him what he is doing, or how he is assisting the natives he tells her:
‘I assist them according to their need.’ ‘What need?’ She wants to know. But over and over again, he keeps giving her the same reply. Many years later she realizes that he had been telling her the entire time, only when he told her, he did so while speaking with someone else.
None are so deaf than those who do not want to hear. What need is it that Klorathy is referring to?
